Step II
Upon receipt of your completed application, one of our placement directors will contact you to review your application. We will compile a family profile from this information, and use it to match your specific needs to our candidates.

Step III

Town & Country Nanny Agency will provide you with a list of potential candidates. We will schedule an interview time that is suitable for the placement counselor,  family and the nanny candidate.  We encourage families and candidates to partake in this process prior to placement in order to facilitate a well thought-out decision.

Step IV
If you and the candidate are both in agreement, a contract will be drafted between you and your Nanny. The basic contract is provided by Town & Country Nanny Agency and we require you to complete and sign this contract (it covers salary, employment terms, etc.) and return it to Town & Country Nanny Agency.

Step V
Once a contract has been signed by the family and the nanny candidate, the Placement Fee becomes due and payable to Town & Country Nanny Agency. For amounts over $500, we can customize a payment plan for the placement fee. Our placement fee covers the placement of the Nanny and includes our Guaranteed Replacement should the Nanny not work out.

Step VI
Your Nanny begins work with your family!
